I can't draw, but I've always wanted to. For me, one main reason for why computers are such a big part of my life is that they enable me to the impossible - in this case, draw my favourite Starcraft-unit, the gut-wrenching Hydralisk.
This post is partly a shameless act of self-promotion for my new and (yes, I disclaim it openly and fully) commercial blog, but also an honest question to you guys what you think of my work. I have recently started writing Photoshop- and Illustrator-tutorials for the Blogatize-network, which is something I cannot do at my main, eSports-focused blog. In the first article, I go through how I drew a conceptual image for a tshirt-print - meant to become part of the growing wardrobe of A Certain New Site.
Feel free to check it out, tell me like it is - does my image suck or is it worth a damn? Is the tutorial, despite its length, helpful and read-worthy or just plain boring? Feedback is king!
How to Draw a Hydralisk in Adobe Illustrator

Pretty hard to follow a kinda guide like this, its good and gives much information but it may be hard for someone to draw a hydralisk just out of a picture, if i try and make one i might do something completly different but the guide is ok from my point of view so keep it up

Thank you for your input, this is my first attempt at getting into a whole new niche of blogging, and I think I might have gone a bit to in-depth. The choice of a hydralisk as the theme is just a way of doing the task a bit more interesting, but I agree - in terms of the end result, there's room for improvement.
My next post will be less lengthy and showcase a bit more skill, I hope. Thanks again for the feedback
