4 New SC2 Screenshots, with suprises...

On the first pic, one of the colossi has its legs dug far into the ground. This is obviously NOT a clipping bug as the upper segments of the legs are angled downwards in an unusual way. What is going on? Is this some new activated ability? Siege mode? Single player only? (last one would be weird as protoss is the last of the chapters..)

 

it could be just the angle we are looking
it could also be some kind of "root" ability, perhaps similar to the siege tank
probably the former over the latter

pic 4: subtitle "... def single player" why the f does bliz have cool single player features only. multiplayer should rule this game formation, considering 10 million people are still on bnet 11 years after SC1 came out...

 

I knew they will create a Zerg unit that can bypass land platforms! The centipede is zerg's answer to the Colossus!

 

Well no word on that "centipede" looking creature form Blizzard as of yet... about the Colossus graphic, I am on the side that thinks it's a clipping or camera angle issue, the siege upgrade they mention in the first StarCraft 2 BattleReport is Siege Range, not Siege mode...

 

Maybe they decided to add a nydus worm movement animation. Or maybe the Nydus Worm can sling itself across gaps and act as a pathway. Still think the 'Zergling Ant Bridge' idea is the coolest possibility for Zerg terrain dominance.
