All Blizzard Games have been hinted at now in the Splash screen.
The CSS class names: Tundra, Cold, Cavern, Harbinger, Icy

"No offense, but I think there's like 300 people here, and I'll be ripped apart by 8000 people there [at the Invitational] if I pre-announce it - but it's going to be really exciting. I think everybody here will be really excited about the announcement."

I agree.. man I can't wait for this weekend! It's like I'm hyped over a big LAN party tournament, but instead just information

This is the closest I've seen so far, but I've seen other ones of those being Arthas' eyes as well.
I could probably see Protoss eyes fitting in very well there as well.

isn't one of the underground bases called 'hydra' in lost too? (can't remember which one it is) may or may not be completely unrelated

Yup it is one of the Dharma 'compounds' btw any other LOST fan pissed that Ben is still alive? If I was on that Island I would have capped his ass long ago... but hey you need a villain that you love to hate right?

LOST = Thrall,Jaina, Zuljin, Arthas, Diablo heroes and Starcraft heroes get dumped on an island where they then play off just like LOST did.

Apparently the Beast creature is a creature turning out to be a very similar creature found in an old Blizzard game titled "The Lost Vikings"
Combine that with the fact that the numbers are aiming towards the hit TV show Lost, this mystery just got screwed up all over again.

HOWEVER, Diabloii (probably the biggest unofficial D2 source) has apparently had inside confirmation that D3 WILL be announced on Saturday.
Moreover, apparently a Blizzard rep slipped (?) out the announcement with this when asked about D3:
"So you want me to announce the game before our announcement?" he said.
"No offense, but I think there's like 300 people here, and I'll be
ripped apart by 8000 people there [at the Invitational] if I
pre-announce it - but it's going to be really exciting. I think
everybody here will be really excited about the announcement."

WOTLK Beta would make sense, and a lot of it. Ice, big furry purple monstah, Inscription profession (runes? C WUT I DED THAR) and WWI this weekend.

The new rune also appears to look like a planet orbitted by 3 moons.

I'm actually quite convinced that this is what the new rune is after re-looking at the sizes of the circles in "orbit". One large one and two smaller ones.
Of course that's just my opinion and it could still be anything.

Yeah, but couldnt the 1s and 0s its made up of be some kind of binarycode (i dont know much about it, but i do know that binary is made up of 1s and 0s :P)
