He couldn't get suit schematics from Blizzard directly so he is relying on the current released screenshots and 3D renders. Hes currently modeling the armor in 3D software piece by piece in order to create the correct metal casts.Hes currently is seeking another 3D modeler to help out with the designs. He can be contacted on his website here: vrogy.net
Below are some of Vrogy's sketches as he prepares to work on a real life Terran Marine suit of armor!

Articulating Powered Armor

Marine Armor Plausibility?

‘exoskeleton’

Well, I figured out how to do more complex work in Solidworks, especially for vacuum-forming. This piece you see above could be turned into plastic
From here I think it’s on to the actual armor! I might try starting at the boots this time.

Personally I can't wait to see the finished product, lets see which comes first.. the suit or StarCraft II
Hell I wouldn't mind if Vrogy just made a real Starcraft II Terran rifle

I'd buy it!

I'd buy it!

We sat down and brain stormed this project till about 1 am last night. We have a need for maybe one more 3d modeler to deal with an expanded work load once our manufacturing center is up and running. Get in touch with us over at Vrogy.net if you'd like to help. The domain for this project will be up soon. Stay tuned kids!
