I've been playing this a lot lately on the PS3, my bro's... and I have to say it is one of the best Console games I've played in a long time...

Basically it is an action / RPG / RTS / FPS mix mashup style game(Sega calls it a " Tactical Strategy RPG", there is the story & characters which fill in the RPG part, once you get into a battle, there is a top down view of the battle ground. You can place units on the map in certain starting positions (The Turn base / RTS element), then in the turn based combat you can select a unit to move the camera will zoom into a 3rd person view so you can manually control each unit. When you get close to an enemy unit they will start firing at you (if they are a unit that can). Clicking R1 will switch you into FPS mode where you can aim and return fire.

All in all there is so much I want to describe about the game, but for any PS3 owners out there, I really recommend checking this game out

Oh the game is based in a fictional version of Europe in the mid 1930's.
