The Razer Starcraft 2 Messenger Bag

Razer was kind enough to send me one of the first messenger bags (one of their first new products in their new Blizzard alliance), and I have to say I was quite impressed when I first opened it up. Allthough the Starcraft 2 beta was slated for a summer release, Blizzcon 2009 doused the last glimmer of hope there was of meeting this deadline. Not a word was spoken of the beta's release other than Mike Morhaime reassuring everyone it would “definitely be this year” on DirectTV.

Knowing Blizzard, this could be any point in time, but being optimistic I would say expect the beta to hit late December.

Similar to last year's BlizzCon, Blizzard will have a store somewhere inside the Anahiem center selling Blizzard swag. Someone from BlizzPlanet.com took screenshots of the items that will be sold at the event. I believe the items where on sale for a little bit on the Blizzard online store.

Gamasutra posted an article about analysts estimating that StarCraft II could sell four million copies during its first quarter of release. Four million copies is the minimum amount I feel that Blizzard will sell during the first month.
